Upconversion

edit

The DPL bot chided me for linking to upconversion, as it's a disambiguation, but I think it was a better thing to link to than video scaler, since that deals more with televisions and computer monitors than remastering. Anyway, I just put this here so posterity won't think I'm incompetent. If anyone changes it, I won't have a tantrum. Promise. Sheavsey33 (talk) 12:27, 15 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Disruptive addition

edit

I had thought the purpose of Wikipedia was to provide complete, accurate information. My addition of featured music and cinematography by have been marked as 'disruptive' and removed. When the same information has been included on numerous other pages of the Star Trek; The Next Generation episodes. That being said as a long time financial contributor I am hereby ending that cycle. And have discovered that Wikipedia is NOT the reputable source I once believed. Talisnite (talk) 03:50, 27 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

Firstly, your edits were not marked as disruptive in the article history, though you were advised that they appear disruptive.[1] Secondly, as noted in the edit summary and in the notice I left on your Talk page, they were reverted because the infobox has no support for the parameters you added. If you've added these fields to other episodes, then in all likelihood they aren't displaying there either. It has nothing to do with whether the information is accurate. Adding non-existent fields to infoboxes is disruptive, however. DonIago (talk) 13:21, 27 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
