Alka is the ring from the equipment of the turkish commander horse.To hit middle of alka is like hitting enemy horse in the chest. First ring used for tournament was actualy original captured ring from the battle. Turks lost battle despite 60000 to 700 ratio only becouse defenders poisoned all the water in area, and most of the Turks were sick. So they had to wait with attack on town.
