Dear Sir, My residence is at 5000K Lagoon View and my office has shifted to Toa Payoh since late last year. I have been travelling on Bus No 31 and I try to take the bus which on most days arrive bteween 7 and 7.10 which is always packed. Today we were 3 people at the bus stop and had flagged the bus SBS807R to stop, the driver slowed down but did not stop. We saw it pass and yes the front was packed but the the back of the bus was fairly empty.Kindly note the bus is packed with students all the way to Ngee Ann / CHIJ school after that the bust is empty all the till Kallang when it fills up. As an office going person it is very important to get to work on time. How is this possible if we cannot reply on our local bus timings and frenquency, which now a days is being delayed. The Goverment urges us to use the local transportation, hence I would like you to look into this matter and assist us the public to have an easy ride. May I also inform you that when the bus starts from the interchange, many a times the bus smells of Urine and Coackroaches are running around.
