April 2008: Career section edit

Removed the Career section, it was copied from http://tvannouncers.thetvroomplus.com/channel-34.html. Bib (talk) 15:18, 7 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

I have restored this material. I think if you look at the revision history, it will become clear that the wikipedia material was copied by the TV announcers web site.—Preceding unsigned comment added by Verne Equinox (talkcontribs) 01:59, 8 April 2008 (UTC)Reply
OK, thanks for putting it back. Sorry. I guess I should have put up a type of "possible copyvio" template before removing it then.Bib (talk) 18:04, 8 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Newton's Cradle edit

According to that page, Simon Prebble invented the Newton's cradle "executive toy". Can anyone confirm? Rojomoke (talk) 00:46, 12 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

What particular part of this entry named ' Simon Prebble" constitutes a conflict of interest?

One area of contention might be this... Prebble did not 'invent' Newtons Cradle, but in 1967 he certainly NAMED it and produced it as one of the first executive toys. Has original brochures etc to substantiate this fact. Rather than go on and on arguing about this, the biography references to the toy have been removed.

The 'Casanova' voice- over was recorded, with Lasse Hallstrom, in a looping session on April 27th 2005 at Sound One Studios in New York. Unfortunately, there was no screen credit given. . —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.164.38.35 (talk) 16:07, 10 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
