Not much point -- that guideline tends to get ignored by the inclusionists who frequent AfDs. That crowd thinks that a former-camp-now-secondary-airstrip in Antarctica is notable, and a single sentence on an agreement in a book indexing approx 10,000 such agreements to be "significant coverage". I've updated the missing/out-of-date external links and added Category:Fellows of the British Academy (which, BTW, satisfies Criterion 3). Some of his publications could be added to the article. You have to be dead to be in the ODNB! He's in Debrett, however, which I've converted to a ref, and with all those Fellowships he's got to be in Who's Who, which will have more biographical detail.
