Title of article edit
I'm not sure it matters much, since there's a redirect anyway. But since I always see people debating this kind of thing in the talk pages... I think the title of the article should be changed from "Senor Abravanel" to "Silvio Santos" (not sure whether the proper spelling is with an accent, i.e., "Sílvio"). He is much, much more widely known as SS than as SA. --Cotoco 07:40, 20 October 2005 (UTC)
- You are correct. According to our naming conventions, the article is to be titled according to the common form of address. Scarcely anyone in Brazil would know Silvio Santos' real name (and in fact, most wouldn't even make any connection). So, unless anyone objects in the next 48 hours, I will move the page appropriately. Regards, Redux 05:21, 16 December 2005 (UTC)

birth time source edit
I would appreciate it if the anonymous user who added the birth time 00:15 recently would let us know the source of this information. --Aloist (talk) 10:40, 9 July 2013 (UTC)
Also, why it is important. American In Brazil (talk) 09:11, 26 July 2013 (UTC)
Net worth edit
According to the latest figures from Forbes, Santos net worth is US $1.3 billion, so I think the figure given is reals, not dollars. If no one objects, I will correct it. American In Brazil (talk) 09:14, 26 July 2013 (UTC)
