If his name was actually "Holcombe" shouldn't the article title be spelled that way? Rlquall 00:13, 7 October 2006 (UTC) His name was "Holcomb". He was related to the Holcomb family from Indiana that settled in Washington State. The first there became the first Sheriff of Ritzville, WA, the following male Holcombs were lawyers and Judges in Washington and Washington State Govenor Holcomb. Silas Raymond Holcomb was the State Clerk of Washington for 34 years in Olympia and settled in Bellevue, WA with wife Helen Blakeslee Holcomb, daughters Jerry and Sarah, and son Blakeslee Raymond Holcomb, who worked for the Seattle Times before becoming a Diplomate for the Department of State for AID.
