I've updated the publication date to 2000. The Locus reference I cited and Amazon both list it as such. ISFDB and Fantastic Fiction both list 1999. LOC lists it as "c1999". I don't know if they mean copyright or circa.--Rtrace (talk) 04:19, 4 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
