Downloadable version from WordWeb Software

The article says that the SOED is downloadable from WordWeb Software. (Specifically, it is listed here, but you have to click "show all".) However I have doubts as to the legality of this. Oxford University Press's web site doesn't mention a downloadable version. I have a SOED CD-ROM and I know it is copy-protected, and it is the same version as OUP are currently advertising. The WordWeb Software version is officially licensed from OUP. There is now also a Mac OS version. Cmbant (talk) 08:07, 12 May 2011 (UTC)

7th Edition publication date?

ISBNs

In this set of edits, some IP added a lot of publishing fact(oid)s, with ISBNs.

SBNs didn't exist before 1965. Therefore a number of these ISBNs couldn't have been right.

I've removed the obviously misplaced ISBNs. I've left the others, but they need to be checked. -- Hoary (talk) 05:03, 2 November 2018 (UTC)
