FYI - The Shire of Broomehill-Tambellup was formed with the voluntary merger of the previous Shires of Broomehill and Tambellup on the 1 July 2008.

Yep. The City of Geraldton-Greenough page may be useful as that is an existing merger (from last year) which we managed quite well on Wiki. Should be fairly routine as if I recall both councils were in this case strong advocates of the merger so there wasn't a great deal of controversy. Orderinchaos 02:49, 29 September 2008 (UTC)Reply
