References and access edit

The (currently) first two references,

  • "Contributors to doi: 10.1017/S0265051700004551". British Journal of Music Education. Retrieved 3 November 2010.
  • Nelson, Sheila M. "The Tower Hamlets Project". British Journal of Music Education. Retrieved 3 November 2010.

- can only be seen by people with the right access. I have no idea precisely how this access is defined; from my office it works like a charm and from home it'll show me the container pages but not the actual content. They are still good references, and their being not immediately available free to all online doesn't invalidate them (c.f. paper sources: journals, books etc which we use extensively and have the same problem) but I wondered what best practice was considered to be here?
