Created new article. Based on the source material I read and was able to write from, this individual seems significant & important:
- On the one hand, the group provided over $50 million to relief in Palestine, a large feat
- On the other hand, one of the founders of the association, Abd Al-Rahman al-Nouami, was named a Specially Designated Global Terrorist by the United States Government for his alleged role in facilitating financing and communications for Al-Qaeda affiliates in Iraq, Syria, Yemen, and Somalia;
Suggestions on making article more robust, neutral, etc. definitely welcomed
