Requested move 26 March 2017

Changed the spelling, but as per the title, its not correct. Naming convention suggests, it should be Shankarpalli mandal.

Example: Warangal mandal, Karimnagar mandal.

When we have separate pages for district (administrative division), why not for a mandal (administrative division). If you want to keep village and mandal info on same page, it's like keeping all the district pages info on state article page. Is that possible. Having same name doesn't mean they should have same page. The problem arised now because the talk and article pages were clubbed. User:Wbm1058 solved that.--Vin09 (talk) 10:05, 30 March 2017 (UTC)

@In ictu oculi: Mandal and its head quarters(village) should have different articles, because there are many Districts which have same name for that district and for their head quarters, but even then they have different articles. Here District resembles mandal and District head quarters resembles mandal head quarters. Mandal's article should consists information about Mandal's geography, demographics and villages in that mandal. Where as Mandal head quarter's article will consists information just about that particular village.IM3847 (talk) 12:43, 30 March 2017 (UTC)
