Splitting proposal edit

I propose that section Karaganov Doctrine be split into a separate page of the same name. The doctrine deserves a separate page as it has enough information for its own page and is extremely relevant to the current geopolitical situation in Europe. HorCrux48 (talk) 21:16, 12 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
