- Until you stop blanking the page, or provide some credible source stating that it actually happened, no. Sam Vimes 18:41, 15 November 2005 (UTC)
Exactly. People work hard to keep this site running. Vandals like you just make it harder for them. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.251.456.183 (talk • contribs)
- Stop adding things which are patently false. The Great Fire of London happened from 2 September to 5 September, as is mentioned on the Great Fire of London page, and on the 2 September page. The Harlem Globetrotters played their first game on 7 January. [1] Sam Vimes 19:42, 15 November 2005 (UTC)
- Carol Wayne's date of birth you've actually got right, but if you'll notice all the other people born on this date actually have articles (hence the blue link) - no one's written an article on Carol Wayne yet, so why have you added her? Sam Vimes 19:46, 15 November 2005 (UTC)
I did not know these dates were not correct. Plese excuse me. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.221.217.193 (talk • contribs)
- OK. Mind if I remove them, then? Sam Vimes 20:34, 15 November 2005 (UTC)
I do not mind.
Pompey
editPompey the Great? His article says he was born and died on the 29th September. Any references? Narsamson
Jerry Seinfeld is not dead, is he?!

1949
editThe Entry for 1949 says that Howard Unruh was a tanker and this page says he was a sharpshooter anyone know which one is correct? Jons63 22:51, 6 September 2007 (UTC)
Parrot
editAlex the gifted African Grey died on Sept 6, 2007. Can he be added to deaths on that day?
I know that Alex isn't a person, but he deserves to be included in the deaths of 9-6-07. Can someone who knows what they are doing fix this? Thanks —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.195.205.114 (talk) 13:53, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
Someone did add Alex the African Grey Parrot to deaths of 9/6/07; Thanks to whoever did it! He'll be SORELY missed ok....
DAB for the Mormon September Six?
editShould a hat be added to this page disambiguating to the Latter Day Saints September Six article? I knew typing just "September 6" in that it would come here but expected something pointing me to the proper place and had to Google my way there (September Six Mormon). «»bd(speechify BOLO) 14:01, 20 August 2011 (UTC)
Pilgrim voyage
editThe pilgrims did not leave Plymouth to settle in the new world. They left to settle in Holland. Their attempt to enforce their puritanical version of Christianity in Holland failed, as it had in England, and only then did they leave for the new world.
