What's the difference? If there is no difference (i.e. there cannot be a regime that falls under one definition but not the other), then the two articles should probably be merged. ZFT (talk) 07:29, 1 November 2015 (UTC)
Needs examples edit
Vaguely mentioning Latin America and Africa is not enough - this needs some solid examples of specific semi-democratic regimes. Russia? Iran? Gymnophoria (talk) 08:13, 5 October 2016 (UTC)
