While creating this stub, I took a meal break and returned to discover it tagged for deletion. The "copyrighted material" is a citation for a military decoration, and was quoted from public domain material. Thus the proposed deletion is both premature, and based on yet another false bot report.
And all this diddling around with tags and proposed deletion has eaten up the time I allotted to completing this stub.
