"The numbers of deputies and senators are given for the period after the incorporation of Galicia following the Polish–Austrian War" I think this is a bit out of place. Perhaps put it as a note on the actual figures?

" presented to it" Presented by who?

"disband the chamber of deputies" Disband implies scrapping the whole thing altogether, did you mean dissolve?

I don't really think the lead summarizes the article in sufficient detail, either. There is no mention of Napoleon, composition or its "competences". Could you add to it?
