Talk:Seeheimer Kreis

Latest comment: 8 years ago by Cyberbot II in topic External links modified

I created this page because I saw that other articles link to the subject. The links were red and I find this unfortunate.

To the group itself: It is really a popular and commonly know political grouping in Germany. Actually, it is the most famous one in the SPD at all. It has a strong influence in the parliament and therefore is often reported in the news. If you see the length of the article on the German Wikipedia, you can see that the group is of relevance for Germany. To me, the English Wikipedia appears to be global covering subjects that are important to the world. But isn't that the case when talking about an influencial group in a national parliament. Seeheimer Kreis is also informal. It 's real, official and commonly known in Germany.

Why do I have the feeling that the article deletion force is so aggressive. Do you have big problems with joking or spam articles? Tomeasy T C 16:14, 1 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

If it's "often reported in the news" then it won't be a problem to add references and sources that verify the notability of this topic, which is what's required. And, yes, we do have big problems with joking or spam articles; if you'd like to help out with that, welcome aboard. Accounting4Taste:talk 17:08, 1 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
