editThis band was active much earlier than 1997. I think the EP "Traces" (which is not mentioned in this article) came out in 1993? Bulbous (talk) 03:12, 3 May 2008 (UTC)
This is typical of Randy & Chris of SSR. The Band has been working since the mid 80's and yes, Traces was the first release, on cassette, sold from the stage at their shows.
Chris is in his late 40's and I believe Randy is 50+. They do not talk about their age or how long the original band was together as they want to present themselves as a young band, marketing to a young crowd.
