The article, even though a stub, is based on incomplete and outdated information. Whoever has seen fit to create this article, doesn't seem to have the least knowledge/information regarding what is being attempted to disseminate. I would respectfully request that the article in its present useless form should be considered for removal/deletion in its entirety as it serves no useful purpose. I speak with the authority of 32 years of experience in the Civil Service of Bangladesh. The best thing would be to start over afresh instead of trying to amend or edit this article. It is likely that the originator took information that was current about 30 years ago and started the article but then had to turn to some other task and did not have time to complete what s/he set out to do.Abul Bakhtiar (talk) 20:00, 18 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
