I do not understand why this article fails to meet the general guidelines. Could you please expand?
- For myself (as someone who didn't tag the article) more links or references to external content would be good. Especially conference papers and/or journal papers. On the other hand, I do think that some people are far too handy with the tags. Donal Fellows (talk) 14:44, 15 February 2008 (UTC)
