Article written like an advertisement

There is a notation on this article dated August 2012 advising the articles is written like an advertisement. I am not sure what the notation is referring to. I have seen other town wiki pages that read like a tourism adverisement but this article does not seem to do so. Please explain.. Thanks--BuzyBody (talk) 18:46, 21 September 2012 (UTC)

Someone from Palm Beach County has an issue

The section on climate has been repeatedly blanked by someone visiting the Palm Beach County library system. That same person placed the "advertisement" tag mentioned above. So this is a long term issue here. Could that someone please explain themselves? Greg Bard (talk) 22:41, 4 March 2013 (UTC)

You`re splitting hairs..his house is on the Indian River literally a few feet north of the city line...everyone there calls it Sebastian..the much smaller town of Roseland is generally regarded as the other side of the railroad track near the post office and church....technically you are correct. 2600:1702:2340:9470:7C73:6CF0:5A8B:94B0 (talk) 19:57, 5 August 2018 (UTC)

In cases like this, we have to draw the line somewhere. The article is about the city. The population given is for the people living within the city limits. The elected officials are elected from and responsible to residents living within the city limits. Having a section for Notable residents of Sebastian and nearby areas areas doesn't fit. = Donald Albury 22:52, 5 August 2018 (UTC)
