  •   Hi there, I began the review but ran into the issue that right now the entry does not have much independent secondary source coverage of Cole, necessary to ward off any concerns this entry may not meet WP:NPERSON. Are more sources available to be incorporated? This is the kind of entry I write most often and unfortunately it can happen that journalists are not themselves the subject of profiles written by others, leaving them ineligible for WP even if they are quite famous. But hopefully there’s more available? Innisfree987 (talk) 00:53, 26 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
  • Hi Esprit15d, a ping to make sure you’d like to go forward with this DYK. I have added to the entry and I think it is within bounds now, but I’d like to have another DYK reviewer check my work. Just wanted to make sure you were still interested first. Thanks! Innisfree987 (talk) 17:07, 1 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
  •   Okay I was able to add and reference more in the entry from the Current source so it’s not so reliant on sources associated with Cole; I feel it’s within policy now. Length and newness at time of nomination both fine; have looked through all the sources and see no copyvio. Signing off on original hook. Innisfree987 (talk) 18:12, 9 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

In trying to find more sources, I discovered this nice photo of Cole at his alma mater. Right now it doesn’t have the proper license and the first order of business is to get enough secondary sources to confirm the entry’s notability. But after that, I bet as an educational institution they might grant a CC license if asked. They seem very proud of his affiliation. Innisfree987 (talk) 01:51, 26 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
