Book cover as illustration edit
Regardless whether Cmdr. Waddle was guilty of or responsible for the incident, the book cover of Waddle in dress uniform, complete with golden letters for the title, seems to suggest that, after all, he did the "right thing". Concerning an incident where 9 people died, a little more humbleness might be advised. The way this book looks, it is a book about some war hero. So much for the book cover itself. Because of this tendency, I don't think it is an appropriate illustration for a Wikipedia article on Cmdr. Book Cover should stay edit
It was Mr. Waddle's decision to use that picture and title for his book. This is basically the one thing that he is known for and he will have to live with it. Book cover edit
I have changed the way the book cover is used. Book covers used under the NFCC should definitely not be used as the main image about a living person. I don't know whether the book is really discussed enough in the article to warrant the image but I'll leave it for now. If there is any sourced controversy over the imagery on the cover (as someone mentioned above) then definitely it should stay Nil Einne (talk) 09:43, 11 December 2007 (UTC)
