Referencing style edit

It appears to be atypical:

  • <ref>{{cite web|url= https://muse.jhu.edu/journals/par/summary/v044/44.3.aikin.html|title= Aikin, Scott (2011) "A Defense of War and Sport Metaphors in Argument" Philosophy and Rhetoric. 44(3): 250-72.}}</ref>[1]

would usually be:

  • <ref>{{cite journal|journal=Philosophy and Rhetoric|year=2011|issue=3|volume=44|last=Aikin|first=Scott|title=A Defense of War and Sport Metaphors in Argument|pages=250-72|url=https://muse.jhu.edu/journals/par/summary/v044/44.3.aikin.html}}</ref>[2]

Results (1, 2):

However, since these are found throughout the article, per WP:CITEVAR I'd like to first ask before making such changes. Thanks, —PaleoNeonate – 23:06, 26 October 2017 (UTC)Reply
