Ideas on how to make this article better
edit- lift ideas from exemplars such as Brain Blogger and DeSmogBlog
- add rows to the table for each of the other bloggers on the site
- add columns to the table for: author's institution; author's homepage(s); count of posts (as an arbitrary indication of output); etc
- get more diverse references
- get in-bound links from other wikipedia pages (avoid the page being an orphan), starting by listing some of the authors on List of New Zealand scientists
- find appropiate catogries

- I had a quick look at the 'author's institution' for a number of the scibloggers but it seemed a bit too diverse to warrant a column. Eg. retirees, GPs, ..., counts of posts is going to be difficult to keep up-to-date, the link to the blog is probably sufficient i.e. the homepages prob aren't required. More refs and inbound links will definitely be useful. --Paul (talk) 12:36, 9 April 2010 (UTC)
- I thinking having the background is interesting, even if diverse and if not all of them are good for links; post counts just need to be qualified with 'as at April 11th 2009' and would provide a good feel for who's posting lots, because clearly some bloggers are posting more than others. Just added two inbound links. Stuartyeates (talk) 06:57, 11 April 2010 (UTC)
The creation of this page was spurred by the article at http://sciblogs.co.nz/code-for-life/2010/04/06/wikipedia-project-available-for-a-good-home/ Stuartyeates (talk) 10:39, 9 April 2010 (UTC)
