Neckties edit

The article currently says:

Neckties are often worn by prefects, class monitors, librarians, and other students of rank. Some schools have neckties as standard issue, but even then, the neckties are generally reserved for school events and public appearances, and are not part of the everyday school uniform, the tropical climate making them uncomfortable

I don't know whether this is unique to the area of KL where I went to school, or things have changed since the 90s or something else, but neckties were standard issue in at least two secondary schools in my area and worn on all assembly days (i.e. every Monday) and not just during events.
