School of Philosophy (disambiguation) → School of Philosophy — - This used to redirect to the School of Economic Science, a cult based in London which uses name associations with organisations like the London School of Economics to give the impression it is a mainstream organiasation, or a constituent collage of the University of London. This is not the case. "School of Philosophy" more commonly refers to different ways of interpreting philosophy, not this organisation. --84.92.117.93 (talk) 23:37, 27 October 2009 (UTC)
- Whether the School of Economic Science is or is not a cult or misleads by its name is entirely irrelevant to the titling of articles on WP. If reliable third party sources call an organization the School of Philosophy, that should be its article's title on WP. Having said that, I see no indication in the School of Economic Science article that its alternative name is School of Philosophy except for the outdated(?) hatnote, so there's no apparent reason why this dab page shouldn't use the title (although I'm not quite sure why this page exists at all, since nothing listed is actually titled School of Philosophy, especially capitalized).
