Just because it's published by the APA doesn't make it notable edit

Contrary to DGG's recent statement in his edit summary deprodding this page, WP:JWG says that "a journal published by a notable organization does not necessarily mean that the journal is itself notable." Sure, this is just an essay, but it still seems to be a good reason that this journal isn't necessarily notable just because the APA publishes it. APA lists a little over 90 journals on their 2018 Journals Catalog[1], 86 of which are represented on Wikipedia and listed on the site's American Psychological Association academic journals category page.
