Demographics edit

I edited 3 points in the demographics:

1) The claim that a lot of westerners live here because it's location is convenient for commuting to HK Island's business district. This is not true; there are only a few living there, and it is actually not that convenient to go all the way to Central from Lam Tin every day.

2) Originally the article stated that the population is mostly "Chinese" with a link to the ethnicity Zhonghua minzu. I thought it was important to specify that most of the residents (probably over 99%) are specifically Hong Kong Chinese people, so there is no confusion with other developments which may have a high ratio of Mainland Chinese people.

3) I'm not sure it is true that there is a high population of Japanese people in Sceneway Garden. There is indeed a Japanese elementary school nearby, but I haven't observed a high amount of Japanese people living in Sceneway Garden. I didn't want to completely delete that entry though, so I changed it to say that there is a high ratio, in comparison to other developments. The way it was worded before, one may have assumed that Japanese people make a significant portion of the residential population in Sceneway Garden.
