Not sure if this scaly boy is really a scaly boy at all edit
I was struck by this fish's name and went looking for a source for the common name "scaly boy". The only reference I could find was this one[1] which does list "scaly boy" but also mentions that the Spanish name for this fish is "gobio escamoso", the scaly goby. Other sources, like the ITIS, corroborate "scaly goby" and not "scaly boy". Sadly, I fear we may need to move this page to Scaly goby, or to its binomial name. - I agree, the Smithsonian seems to call it "Scaly Goby" as well, and I'm struggling to find anything supporting "Scaly Boy". This name is dubious at best and vandalism at worst. --Damunik (talk) 08:34, 8 June 2021 (UTC)
