I will be reviewing this article in the near future, most likely later tonight. Canadian Paul 15:26, 20 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

Okay, here we go:

GA review (see here for criteria)
  1. It is reasonably well written.
    a (prose):   b (MoS):
  2. It is factually accurate and verifiable.
a (references):   b (citations to reliable sources):   c (OR):
  3. It is broad in its coverage.
    a (major aspects):   b (focused):
  4. It follows the neutral point of view policy.
    Fair representation without bias:
  5. It is stable.
    No edit wars, etc.:
  6. It is illustrated by images, where possible and appropriate.
a (images are tagged and non-free images have fair use rationales):   b (appropriate use with suitable captions):
  7. Overall:
    Pass/Fail:

Everything seems great, I see just one small problem:

  1. The picture needs a caption - it doesn't need to be fancy, even something along the lines of "Mutkurov during his tenure as Minister of War" is fine, but you need something there to contextualize the image.

To allow for this change to be made, I am placing the article on hold for a period of up to seven days. I'll be keeping an eye on this page regularly, so you can be sure that I'll notice any messages left here. Canadian Paul 03:15, 21 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

Hello, and thanks for the review! I have added a caption to the image in the infobox. Best, TodorBozhinov 06:28, 21 April 2010 (UTC)Reply
Great! I forgot to mention that it would be nice to see some alt text per Wikipedia:Alternate text for images, but since that's not a GA requirement, I'm going to go ahead and promote the article now. Congratulations and thank you for your hard work! Canadian Paul 15:54, 21 April 2010 (UTC)Reply
And thank you once again! Your contributions as a WP:GAC reviewer are very much appreciated! TodorBozhinov 16:39, 21 April 2010 (UTC)Reply
