Ashkenazi vs. Sephardim
editThe inclusion of a denial of Morteira's being either as the first sentence strikes me as not only odd but unjustifiably antagonistic, or suggestive of antagonism, barring some context of which I am unaware and which I do not find in the article. Does anyone know why it is written so? Czrisher (talk) 13:59, 19 March 2024 (UTC)
Secretary of the Louvre
editWhat does it mean to be the 'secretary of the Louvre' at the time the Louvre was the residence of the French monarchy? Does that mean he was the king's secretary? Njmike (talk) 13:36, 18 August 2024 (UTC)
