Capitalization of "bourguignonne"

Unless anyone has any authority for capitalization of "Bourguignonne," given that it isn't capitalized en français, I'm renaming the article after a week or so. - Julietdeltalima (talk) 19:13, 30 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
