Regarding Lyrical content
editCurrent state of the article seems to suggest that "we should sink them all to the bottom of the sea" is in reference to sinking 'people' to the bottom of the sea. I see no explanation for this. Simple understanding of the context in the song seems counter to this, but also more accounts from the band emphasize the intent of it being about an overabundance of these cheap handguns (such as the 'saturday night special'): https://www.loudersound.com/features/saturday-night-special-by-lynyrd-skynyrd
