You may be correct about the location. THe translation of the caption of the BBC report reads: "On Monday, the representatives of Azerbaijan Reclamation and Water Management OJSC visited the Sarsang reservoir in the temporary control area of the Russian peacekeepers and met with the Armenian exploiters of the facility. Adil Gafarli, a representative of Melioration and Water Management JSC, who participated in the meeting, told BBC News about the purpose and results of the visit to Azerbaijan. Adil Gafarli said that this trip was not the first visit of their group to the Sarsang water reservoir and unlike the previous one, this time a more sincere and productive meeting was held. Mr. Gafarli believes that the last military operations carried out by Azerbaijan, "Operation of Revenge" created a "softening" in the representatives of the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh. The irrigation specialist said that according to the agreement, experts from Azerbaijan will visit Sarsang every 15 days from now on and will cooperate with the Armenian exploiters of the reservoir in its operation."
