This guy didn't win the 1989 Main Event; Phil Helmuth did. If you check the link you even provided (1989 World Series of Poker), he's not even mentioned on the page. This page mentions him as a 1980 winner of a lesser tournament and some infamy in 1983 for tax evasion. However, as written now, this article is patently false.
