The Japanese-language article has over 200 references, I've tried to get the most notable ones to make sure the article gets kept here in En-wiki. She had an album that's charted twice (once at number one) and is the subject of an article in the Asahi Shimbun, should meet GNG and MUSIC. Frankly it's too confusing to translate over 200 sources into English using Google translate as I don't speak Japanese, if someone else is able to, please do so.
