Role of this species

This species is a food source for a variety of frogs and snakes. Adult salamanders of this species help to control insect populations and juveniles control copepod populations. Every species is important, but endangered species are particularly important, since their DNA and enzymes may contain critical and uniques keys to combating disease. see article on endangered species for an example of this. I have assigned this page to Wikiproject California and established an initial importance ranking as high based upon the fact that this is one of the endangered species of amphibian in the state. Reference

Please give sufficient details about this reference, "Final Environmental Impact Report of the Pinole Valley Shopping Center" so that I can verify the information in it. I will request a hardcopy from Santa Cruz County, however a search of their site was insufficient to find any information about this study, and I need sufficient publication information to request the public record, also I am concerned that the report is referenced nowhere but on Wikipedia and its mirrors--possibly the title is incorrect or some other information? As it is an older report, it is almost certain that I will have to make a formal request to obtain the record, this will require precise information to expedite the request. Thank you.
