Rick Mears has qualy record but not race lap record
editThe 1986 Rick Mears lap time is the qualifying time, not the fastest race lap. Fastest race lap data is not available for IndyCar races prior to 1992. --Mark McWire (talk) 01:13, 6 September 2023 (UTC)
