"San Marcos is a town in Antioquia department in Colombia" I doubt it. There is a town called San Marcos in Sucre, not in Antioquia. Before the Sucre "departamento" existed, San Marcos was in Bolivar.
"It is approximately 175 miles (282 km) north of Medellín" That is the San Marcos in Sucre.
"in the heart of Colombia's coffee-growing region" The San Marcos in Sucre is definitely NOT in the coffee-growing region.
"San Marcos is located at [show location on an interactive map] 8°38′N, 75°10′W" This is the location of the San Marcos in Sucre, not in Antioquia. Is there a San Marcos in Antioquia? I don't know. If there is, it must be rather small.
