Like the moyotiy of the town in Mexico they are all names after a saint from the catholic religion. San Jose Del Castillo is names after Saint San Jose and every March 11th to the 19th the town of San Jose pays patrionisim to its saint and help what is know to" Fiestas Patrionales".
