edit

I noticed that an editor added a substantial amount of material from this site which happens to be listed as an external link. I briefly looked around that site and did not see clarification of the copyright status. Some of the archive material is almost certainly public domain, but I did not see when the historical note was compiled which comprise the edit. If that material is public domain it can be included in Wikipedia but it needs to be properly referenced and marked either with quotation marks or block quotes.. If it is not public domain then the source material can be used as a reference but the content must be rewritten in one's own words.--S Philbrick(Talk) 14:37, 2 September 2016 (UTC)Reply
