This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... Sampa Das is a notable Indian scientist who has done a lot of research in the field of biotechnology and applied it in agriculture to improve the quality and quantity of produce of crops and all the references and citations to the information presented is available in the pagePandey hema 1990 (talk) 07:54, 10 March 2017 (UTC)Reply
I agree that the article should not have been nominated for speedy deletion. I have made some edits to the article and it would benefit by having more than 2 non-primary sources. For additional sources see Find sources:Google (books·news·scholar·free images·WP refs) ·FENS·JSTOR·TWL.
It would be helpful, too, to have additional wikilinks to additional articles, particularly the first instance of technical and agricultural terms related to her research - for instance T3 and T4 level plants, Bt toxin gene, etc.–CaroleHenson (talk) 09:40, 10 March 2017 (UTC)Reply
