I've taking out Kagan's opinion which was uncited, but Kavanaugh's was at least sited to a Vox (third-party) article. I did find a similar source to cite the majority.

We dont want to be the ones pulling the "key quotes" from decisions because we are not supposed to be legal experts and deciding what is key is original research. we want third-party sources to highlight the key quotes we should use. Masem (t) 01:01, 13 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

That makes sense--I had only added the Alito quote to begin with because I thought it was questionable that there were 2 minority quotes without any quote for the majority. Appreciate your helpfulness! Cranhandler (talk) 01:03, 13 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
