SWR not a corporation? edit
SWR is definitely not a corporation anymore from a functional standpoint; it is a brand owned and manufactured by Fender. Fender certainly tries to market SWR as a self-contained unit, though it requires very little investigation to see what's really going on. However, I'm not sure how much it really proves that you didn't see a registration for it on California's or Arizona's SOS websites. Beyond the lack of legal importance, beginning a statement with "Actually, ..." is about as un-encyclopedic of a tone as you could possibly create.—Lazytiger 20:42, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
