Modifying the page to expand on SOAP Terminology edit
Hello fellow wikipedians, I am making few changes to formally introduce SOAP termilnology used in this wiki page in general.
Updated Specification Section to link to w3 org website edit
All operating systems? edit
The into makes a statement about "all operating systems" and Internet implementations.
