This page is not unambiguously promotional. The tone is not that bad and really, the biggest issue is that there's no ref (could be a hoax, but it's not an obvious one) and that, if we assume good faith, the only large problem is that it's very short and lacks content. -- 69.165.196.103 (talk) 23:57, 28 March 2017 (UTC)
Contested deletion edit
This page is not unambiguously promotional, because it is about an official W3C standard that is being developed by an independent consortium of research and industry organizations. SHACL is a free open standard without any commercial string attached. I have placed this page there as a starting point and have announced it to our community. The information provided is highly relevant, both the text and the references provided. We do have a 'connected contributor', thanks for sharing your knowledge, but we do not need the COI editnotice.
