Samco update edit

The original article is badly written, and needs to be updated with actual factual information.

We want to modify the wiki page about our company Samco Inc. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SAMCO

I have made edits twice, and both have been reversed which is really frustrating as all I am doing is re-wording the original text to make it read better, and add in the references that have been suggested. As we are a public company listed on the Tokyo stock exchange, I do not understand why our statements about size of company or number of systems could not be accepted as this is available as a public statement, and audited.

We do not want this to be a promotional page as we are currently updating our website from:

http://www.samcointl.com/

To:

http://www.samco-plasma.com/

We do however want the page to be accurate, which I thought I was doing by revising the numbers of systems sold, and counties which was in the original text.

This cannot be added as Wikipedia requires all information to be verifiable to reliable sources. ---- Patar knight - chat/contributions 03:15, 31 May 2016 (UTC)Reply

We would love to use Wikipedia as an independent reference of our technologies such as PECVD, RIE, and DRIE. Also going forward, our website will talk about processes such as Silicon Etch, TEOS deposition,. And we want to reference Wikipedia. We cannot do this if our Wiki landing page looks like it currently does.

Can one of you please edit the page to look something like this:

1. Error message removed at the top.

SAMCO Inc.(サムコ株式会社) edit

In 1979, SAMCO Inc. was established by it's President and CEO, Osamu Tsuji, in a private garage in the Fushimi ward of Kyoto city as a venture company called "Semiconductor and Materials Company" with a vision of making a breakthrough in semiconductor, and materials research process equipment. From it's humble beginnings supplying its first Plasma CVD system for Amorphous Silicon solar cells[1], Samco Inc. has grown into a $50m company supplying over 3200 process system to 23 countries for the fabrication of electronic components as well as other micro and nanoscale devices.

On May 30, 2001, SAMCO Inc. made its IPO on the JASDAQ stock exchange. On July 24, 2013, SAMCO Inc.’s public listing was accepted into the second section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (Japan’s largest stock exchange by volume).

Samco's product line can be divided into three main categories:

1. Plasma etching systems (RIE[2], ICP[3], DRIE[4])

2. Plasma deposition systems (PECVD and LS-CVD®[5])

3. Surface treatment systems (plasma cleaners[6], UV-Ozone cleaners)

SAMCO's revenue comes from the fields of optoelectronics (HB LED and laser applications), electronic components (GaN and SiC power device and SAW device applications), MEMS, and fundamental Material Science Research.

Also we would like to add our logo like you have on Oxford Instruments page:

Not done Please note that information added to Wikipedia should be verifiable to reliable, independent sources, which this is not. ---- Patar knight - chat/contributions 03:15, 31 May 2016 (UTC)Reply
